I've been telephoning for over 3 hours now to order some change. I am advised by the Branch that you can't get change without it being pre ordered. No one has answered. Lets see what happens tomorrow when I go into the Branch? You can't get change because you have not pre ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Right!!!!
