Poor visit. It supposed to be open til 1500 pm It's closed.
One of the BEST in branch visits to any bank in the UK. One of the loveliest female managers helped me no end when I have had a week of no luck online or over the phone. An asset to Santander and hope she continues to get the recognition she deserves. Ps. I forgot her name already lol. Thank you.

Not sure why they only have one cashier on when it’s busy… staff can see it’s busy so should do something about it to avoid the long waits.
