Don't go if disabled or have mobility issues. They don't have tills on past 6pm so if you have more than a few items you will struggle.nBromborough store is much better and staffed correctly.

Whether you're looking for fresh groceries, household essentials, clothing, or electronics, you’ll likely find what you need. The fresh produce section is well-stocked, and I’ve usually found fruits and vegetables to be of good quality. Their bakery section is also a highlight, offering fresh bread, pastries, and cakes that are reasonably priced.nnThe store layout is spacious, making it easy to navigate even during busy hours. However, at peak times, the aisles can get quite crowded, and restocking sometimes lags behind, leaving some shelves looking empty.nnCustomer service here has been hit or miss. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, especially at the self-checkout area, where they are quick to assist. However, I’ve also encountered instances where it was difficult to find staff on the shop floor when I needed help locating an item.nnPricing is one of Asda’s strong points. Great shop all the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help, I have shopped in this store since the day it has opened. Never had a bad experience with the colleagues.
The staff need more training clearly, i asked two members of staff if a piece of clothing is on stock, one of them said sorry this isn’t my department which is understandable but she said it in such a passive aggressive way with a nasty look on her face. I went to the aisle where i suspected the item would be and asked another girl that was stocking up, i was polite when asking her and she seemed so annoyed that i interrupted her while she was talking with another coworker. it seems as if customer service is non existed in this place, I never felt the need to write a review when i had a bad experience but this time it was horrid. she told me where the item was which was very vague and i spent another 10 minutes looking in the section which turns out they didn’t even have it. might as well just should’ve said you’re all out instead of wasting time. Rolling eyes, looking down on me and having a stinky attitude will not get the staff very further.
we went to return and Amazon item but will never use that particular Asda again. Customer service non existent. The service personnel could not be bothered and was busy talking to someone whilst we were waiting and then sent us to a person who didn't deal with Amazon then we had to return to him. Absolutely no interest in dealing with this
