Absolutely useless. All I wanted to do was telephone the branch to ask who to make a cheque payable to and I got transferred to FIVE different departments - all whom of which couldn't tell me this information. Secondly, when you look up a specific branch telephone number, you should go straight through to the branch - not have to press one for this, two for that etc etc. INCREDIBLY frustrating and not impressed with the service.
