I have been a client of Charlton Baker for many years now, as they deal with both my company and personal tax returns and I must say they offer a fantastic service.  Luke Rudman my accountant there does a great job in guiding me through everything in a friendly and professional way.  If you need an accountant or you are not getting the service from your current accountant, then I would recommend you speak to the Charlton Baker team.

Having recently moved accountants to Charlton Baker I was setting up all of my services and this was faultless, unfortunately I've fallen ill and needed a significant amount more help than I'd initially thought, Charlton Baker and in particular Sally-Ann stepped up and have gone above and beyond to help me get sorted whilst I focus on recovery. let's be honest all accountants can provide basic services but in the modern world the differentiation is service. Charlton Baker have been empathetic and pro-active to my needs during a tough time for me, this people first approach to doing business is refreshing in a market that is often 'stack 'em high sell 'em cheap. These folks care and thats worth investing your time and business in, by allowing me to focus on what is really important Sally-Ann and the team have saved me significant stress with running my business and for that reason alone I have no hesitation in recommending this team to look after what is important to you.

I started my own business almost 2 years ago and CB's website made me feel welcome. Since then I have been consistently delighted with their service. Arun, my accountant, is friendly and professional and both qualities have been very important during the early nervous stages of establishing the business. He has always responded promptly and clearly to my queries and I have felt fully supported at all times. Arun was particularly helpful recently as we applied for a mortgage and due to our unique circumstances, the application became somewhat complex. Arun found the time, even though I know he was very busy, to prepare what the lender requested and for this, I am extremely grateful. I am also pleased to say that my interactions with the other members of staff have always been completely satisfactory. Highly recommended!!
