What can I say, the food is cooked amazingly. Mind you Im not Indian and haven't had too many Indian foods in my life. For someone who is trying to cut down on meat I thought I'd try this place out and this place was perfect. The gobi65 to die for and pricing is value u for money. The staff is attentive and do their best to accommodate us and manage the table space. Soft spoken, but not a bad thing. There's also a place to wash your hands before eating. I got the rose milk... First time... Quite interesting. Was very full and satisfied Will come back again to try other things.
Ive been to this restaurant many times and always loved their food. But what makes this restaurant special is one of the staff who works there. This review is a special shout out to Blair. He was very polite, courteous and a hospitable to all the people who had come to dine. He made sure people were seated quickly and arranged tables to be cleaned for everyone. He was going to every table after the food was served to ask if everything was ok and if could get them anything else. He was working with full dedication as if he owned the place and playing excellent host. Thank you Blair. Such staff should be treasured and constantly appreciated. Vegetarian options: It is a vegetarian restaurant so everything there i vegetarian and there are plenty of varieties. Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids to eat like dosa, idly and chinese which kids love.
Sangeetha vegetarian restaurant is a good place to find delicious South Indian cuisine. The Puri masala is a great choice. The restaurant also serves alcoholic beverages. The service could be better and a bit faster. But all in all it definitely is a great restaurant.Recommended dishesRava Dosa, Sambar Vada, Butter Naan with Chhola, Gobi 65, Medu Vada, Chilli Paneer
Perfect restaurant if you crave for South Indian food. They do have options on indo-Chinese cuisine too. It’s a veg restaurant, however, they don’t have the best ambience, nor the best parking options, but their food is definitely mouth watering Recommended dishesIdli Vada, Rava Dosa, Coconut Chutney, Mango Lassi, Idly, Medu Vada
Masala dosas, idlis, and mango lassis all round. Food was okay, but wasn’t blown away by it. Came here during a busy lunch time service and staff were attentive. A minimum spend of £20 required to pay by card, what kind of a nonsense is that?
Restaurant located in the main area opposite to the tube station. Tasty and yummy meals and also for affordable price. Every penny is worth it. Very very crowded and the staffs are very friendly: No remarks, my experience in the restaurant was very good. Will definitely come back and also highly recommended!
Excellent south indian cuisine served here. The south indian thali is a great choice if it's your first time visit but don't miss out on the sambhar and vadai, or idli or even the rava or ghee podi dosa. All excellent. And wash it all down with a glass of masala chai.
Never Ever Order The Gobi 65 In This Restaurant. Its The Worst Gobi 65 I've Ever Eaten In My Entire Life. Couldn't Eat More Than 2 Pieces. What A Waste!Food: 1/5
Mouthwatering experience. Treat to tastebuds. Must visit for vegetarian food. Ordered Veg Hot and Sour soup, Chole Bhature and Masala Dhosa. Everything was delicious. Specially in winter, Hot & Sour soup and Sambhar gave an extra kick. Definitely visiting again.
Good vegetarian choices and fast service - loved our time there!
