I have known Sandy for a number of year and regularly get my eyebrows and nails done at her salon.  I have always found her to be polite, professional and friendly.  She will do her best to fit you in a time that suits you and will always listen to what you would like done.  I would not go anywhere else.Services:&nbsp;Makeup services

Great threading. Really precise eyebrows. I go every two weeks and I am always happy! Have been everywhere for eyebrow threading from Blink to Shavata in Harrods and the service here is on par with them if not better! Thank you for my eyebrows

I just been there today, I already had my eyebrows shape , I told her just to take what was around and it wasn’t even that much as I just had them done 2 weeks ago but because I moved to Hitchin I didn’t wanted to let it grow more so I don’t lose my shape , when she finished me I was in shock honestly, she changed the shape in the worst possible way and also she did my right eyebrow shorter than the left one , such a rubbish job I have never experienced, also that she wasn’t even friendly and the way she was working it was awful For those who wish to go there just forget it , do your eyebrows home cause I’m sure it will look much better

Went to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted today during the threading process 3-4 of my eyelashes with extensions on were also ripped out of my eye… the lashes themselves had only just been put on 30 mins prior with another company and the lady didn’t do anything and continued. I have basically paid one beautician to put them on and another to remove. I wouldn’t mind as I understand mistakes are made however I am now left with 2 bald patches on my brand new fresh set of eyelash extensions that I have just paid for £80 to be precise and barely an apology was made. Staff over the past few month have been rude and unwelcoming which is very disappointing considering I have been coming here for 3 years - unfortunate to say I will not be returning.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

An eyebrow tint and thread is now £27! Friendly service but astronomical price.

Very handy, just walk in, efficient and good service etc. Only thing is that the price difference between normal staff member and Sandy is huge. Eg eyebrow threading goes from £6 to £10 if Sandy does it which seems a very big jump for something that takes less than 10 mins. Also you don’t book so it’s a bit pot luck who’s working when you go in

DO NOT RECOMMEND Had a leg wax appointment as soon as I got there the lady was rude she had me waiting 20 minutes while she was in the room laughing on the phone so had to walk out very upset as I’m going on holiday the next day

Had my eyebrows threaded here for the first time today. Loved the health and safety precautions in place. I felt very safe. The therapists were all friendly and my eyebrows look amazing. So quick and efficient. I’ll be back again very soon.

Sandy herself is amazing and I feel like my eyebrows are very safe in her hands - I get mine threaded and tinted so it can be scary if there's a chance it could go wrong. Sandy has been away on maternity leave and had left the salon in the hands of some less experienced beauticians so I've not had quite as good an experience with them. Thankfully she's back again now! Generally the salon is very convenient - you can drop in without an appointment and they're open at the weekends. Reasonably priced.
