Was Terrible. Don't recommend! AVOID!!!!! Went in for a consolation and the girl was 10 minutes late and didn't apologise. Then when she escorted me to a seat and i explained exactly what i wanted. The girl seemed to understand what i wanted. She told me to fill out a form as i was filling it out she started to Part my hair. She told me she is just looking at my hair and its condition. Once i finished filling out the form, i looked on the table and a LARGE chunk of my hair was on some foil. She had cut my hair - without even telling me. Which i thought was so rude. I asked why she did that and she goes that their products are good quality and may not work with everyones hair. Hair products are for hair, for everyone. It will dye it regardless. Plus its only loreal! I mean but no need to cut my hair? Especially without telling me!! I was so angry and very upset. My hair growth is very slow as it is. And the fact i have to wait years and year for that to grow back angers me. Plus how is it going to look when it is growing? I have long hair - not short so its going to look ridiculous Definitely avoid! Also very expensive when she told me just a colour will be £88 and cut an wash will be additional costs. Very upset and angry right now.

Appalling customer service! I had an appointment booked with Emily who was a graduate stylist for 7th December; only to discover on arriving she had left and I had an appointment with Becky. Becky however turned out to be a stylist; meaning that when I got the bill it was £51 and not £37. Not notice of that though. Then on the 25th Jan I book an appointment specifically asking for a graduate stylist and saw Cat and the price was £38.50 due to slight increase in price. Today I saw the same hairdresser Cat and was charged £51 apparently since Jan 24th she has changed from Graduate Stylist to Stylist... again I was not informed of this. Then when I asked to speak to the Owner who I could clearly hear Cat communicating with... I heard the owner to tell Cat to lie and that she had just popped out! I was furious. If a customer has a complaint/query about a service surely you should at least try and help. It's such a shame as the hairdressers are really good and I enjoyed going there over the last year. However, I would advise people to avoid on the fact that you may think you're going to pay one price and end up with another. Thank God one of the hairdresser didn't turn into the Salon Manager without notification! Then it would be £72!!! Avoid avoid avoid!

I find the GREYS team very professional, always friendly and obviously well trained. I love the way Kim does my colour. Wont go anywhere else!

This is a great salon- I was a first time customer and very nervous. I have long, thick hair which is not that easy to cut or style, but the girls done a fantastic job. I will certainly be back.
