I stay at this hotel on a regular basis and want to say a big thanks to all the staff who make me feel welcome, particularly at breakfast where there are always smiles. Nothing is too much trouble and I enjoy my stay at the hotel.nnThe rooms are very clean and tidy as is the rest of the hotel. Just a couple of small suggestions. The Gym equipment could be invested in and also sanitising spray / wipes for the machinery should be provided. Thanks
My husband and I met up with friends who were staying at the hotel. We had a lovely meal. The haddock and brownie were delicious. Both men had the sirloin steak cooked rare which I will be having next time. It was Saturday night and the atmosphere was buzzing! The service was great. Elena was so friendly and we enjoyed a bit of banter with her. We will definitely be back.
Today I had my very first spa treatment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Leanne was an amazing, young, and vibrant therapist who instantly made me feel at ease. I was quite nervous since it was my first time, but she created such a calming and welcoming atmosphere.nThe aesthetics of the spa were absolutely beautiful, and the whole aura of the place felt peaceful and relaxing from the moment I walked in. It even smelt amazing, which added to the overall calming experience.nLeanne was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire treatment. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience both relaxing and exciting. I truly felt cared for and comfortable from start to finish. This is just the beginning of my many visits to come!
My friend and I booked a girls getaway weekend here in January and had such a fantastic time that we've already agreed to book in again for next year. The rooms are stylish and comfortable and we enjoyed the food/ drinks in the adjoining restaurant - Chop. The real star factor of the visit though was the exceptional service we received throughout our stay from the reception, restaurant and in particular the Spa team. My personal highlight was the spa visit, Liam looked after us and tailored our massage and advice so thoughtfully and with such care that my friend and I were both astounded. My treatment was truly the best massage I've ever had and I was so grateful for the benefit of it over the days after my treatment, as it hugely improved the nerve pain I'd been having in my shoulder. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful, we look forward to returning!
I booked a Spa session for myself and daughters, the Spa manager Liam was so helpful, he booked us in all together.nWhen we arrived the ladies provided us a wonderful spa experience, very holistic and could unwind, total privacy no others going around, use of the Infa red sauna, steam room and relaxation room , followed by wonderful treatments. Casey gave me wonderful massage.nReally Lovely Modern clean facilities.nnAfter our spa session we had a deluxe suite room booked it was also modern, beautifully decorated very spacious.nThe receptionist knew it was my daughter’s birthday and provided a gesture of Prosecco to the room.nnIf you want to stay in Aberdeen city centre I highly recommend this hotel.nThe hotel does not have a swimming pool, which makes the Spa area private, no hustle and bustle of hotel guests in for a swim.nnWe did not dine in the hotel or have breakfast as went out to eat.nnThe spa often has great offers on if you contact Spa directly.
