Stayed 4 nights 21st to 25th May 2025, I was very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The staff especially were exceptional, their cheerful helpful attitude was a real pleasure. Thank you for a great experience on my first trip to Scotland in 38 years.
A perfect Residence Inn - new, well-appointed, and great staff. Good central location too BUT, it's VERY difficult to find. The building is located in a courtyard surrounded by other buildings. While you can see it from the road, you can't see their sign - seems to have been strategically located, so it's impossible to see when driving. Their underground parking lot has a tiny sign, which is so small that if you didn't know it was there, you would miss it. Unless you've been there before, you'll have to call to get directions. Otherwise, a great Marriott addition.
Stayed there last Saturday and loved it. Room was brilliant with the little kitchen in it and was very clean. The breakfast was amazing too. Every staff member was brilliant and very polite, especially the older man at breakfast service. Seen a few reviews about the parking but found it very easy and car park was very secure and only £13 for the night. Couldn't fault a single thing and would defo recommend to anyone. Will hopefully be back soon.
Fantastic customer service from the staff, great breakfast quality and selection, rooms were very nice, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Aberdeen!
