Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Bought my car here and have had nothing but great customer service. Any issues have been put right quickly and without expense. Will definitely buy from them again in future.

Second year , second service by this garage. It was clean and smooth! The estimated price was high, but the final invoice was less! So i happy to promote this service! Friendly service manager and good sales team!

I booked my car in for them to look at an oil leak. It was 11 days before they could even get me in. It would have been a month if I wanted to borrow a courtesy car. The people on the reception desk were really friendly but Sandicliife don't know the meaning of customer service.  I asked them to let me know asap if I couldn't have the car back the same day. I rang at 1pm for an update and they told me that they had only just started looking at the car. I rang again  at 3pm but the main switchboard couldn't get through to the service department so they said they would get them to call me. 30 minutes later they still hadn't rang so I called them. They said the car would be ready at 4.30. I got there at 5 and it still wasn't ready. It was ready at 5.20. This is why I won't buy my next car from Sandicliife.  They do not value my custom.

Visited on a cold wintery Sunday morning, looking at a commercial vehicle, we were met by a young man who said that he'd pass my number on to the correct person. Hmm I've not heard anything back from them. So I'll take my business elsewhere. Well done sandicliffe - and it's NOT a typo, you don't deserve a capital 's'.
