Ordered food for collection few weeks back. Brought home, cold as ice. Called straight away and was promised free burger and chicken kebap next time he'll put it on the board with my name and number. Ring now and the guy says no, he has nothing so I get nothing. Thanks and bye. Never ever again. Yoy can showe it. So much for looking after regulars
Ordered and paid for food through easydish, money taken for our order and no confirmation, waited 15 - 20 mins and called restaurant about our order. Stated our order wouldn't be processed as they hadn't any chicken breast left, that's fine happens. No phone call or attempt to supply the rest of the order to a hungry house. Queried in relation to a refund of monies taken to facilitate an order somewhere else, at this point the staff became very rude to my wife on the phone, repeatedly stating they hadn't taken our money for the order. They were in no way helpful. My family and I were loyal customers for years but we will no longer be patrons of this restaurant. I hope others have a better interaction with the restaurant as the food has always been quite good but the customer service has let it down today.

Ordered and paid for a delivery on just eat. The delivery still hadn't shown up an hour and 20 minutes after we ordered so I called them and they said it was out for delivery. I called again 2 hours after ordering and no answer. I went down and they had closed. Disgraceful service. I'll be going in tomorrow for a refund for the food I did not receive

Ordered food at 7.03pm, told 30 mins, 40max.rang back at 8.05pm to be told food wasn't even started, would be another 15mins min. Disgraceful, babys dinner fkd. Phone guy rudely says they were busy. Rang royal inn instead, food within 30mins.
Messed up our order and gave half to someone else and refused to fix it and complete our order. Basically robbed us and had a nasty attitude about the whole thing. Just eat at Macaris, much nicer food and the owner actually appreciates the business!

I just placed our first order with you. I wanted to give the opportunity to redeem the service before reverting to a public review. They claimed to have called me before making my food but could reach me however the driver rang me when he was outside without an issue. Where to start, the portion size of the fish box was unbelievable there were Two tiny fish nuggets in a tiny box filled with chips the response when I rang was ah sorry it’s all I had left! Next time you order one I’ll put bigger pieces in. Usually a business would correct the current mistakes before trying to cash in on another sale. There was no instructions followed from the notes left on just eat also the order was wrong. The delivery driver was lovely also was the manager but just no management skills. = One new customer lost.
