Terrible meal. Meat was dry as a bone and no salad or sauces with any of the kebabs. We ordered a large chips and received a tiny box of soggy fries. Phoned restaurant to ask about missing order and was told that driver had left the bag and they would send it but nothing. £50 meal and was terrible. Feel like I’ve just been robbed. Will never order from here again. It’s a shame as it was always a great restaurant with great food. Rang back after 45 minutes asking about the salads and they said they had sent them and that a Chinese man had answered the door. Was so blatantly a lie. Recorded phone call to report to just eat. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Update after restaurant replied- There was no contact from restaurant in trying to fix the problem, I phoned you once and that was it. Also just eat were complained to and we did receive a refund.

DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered a kebab instead of a wrap so asked if I could switch it and would pay the difference 50p which I did. The man was very rude and shouted at me for no reason. I got the kebab and waisted outside for my taxi and one of the staff members barged into my partner whilst taking the rubbish out. Then telling us we needed to move from the pavement outside and was staring at me in a very threatening manner when I had just paid £9 for a kebab in his shop. Both the owner and the guy who worked there were horrible and rude and were staring at us in a very creepy manner. Do not give them your business.
Avoid this place at all costs! Went in with my girlfriend to order a kebab, the awful server wasn’t putting it in a wrap, we then asked to put in a wrap and a tirade of abuse started for a very minor issue when ordering, after 10 minutes of being told we are ‘idiots’, ‘who are we’, we then took the order and walked out front waiting for Uber - was then pushed by the staff outside when they were taking rubbish outside and sworn at until our car came, food was also greasy and straight in the bin when we got home - DO NOT GO!
Food was ok at best. Customer service is AWFUL. The reviews don't lie. The gentleman at the counter walked away from my order 3 times, for no reason. Took 30 mins for food that was already ready to serve. Save yourself the hassle and the bad food, go somewhere else.

Do not come here if you don’t want salmonella. Had a chicken burger and spent a nice 45 minutes violently vomiting it back up. Now have a fever too. Thanks

Totally disappointed. Being a regular customer for years and supporting through the lockdowns, I totally understand putting the prices up, but to really cut down the portions too. Loyalty obviously doesn’t mean anything. Really sad!! Will have consider other outlets.
