Over the ten years attending this surgery I have found it to be quite behind in terms of care and attention, staff have been inefficient and rude on many occasions. Full stars to my doctor, but the rest have been almost black humour English sitcom comical. I say almost was it not for the importance of my health and time rectifying and chasing up. They just can't seem to offer an adverage level of service and are very behind in technology. I am finally giving up this surgery and moving onto another. I think if it wasnt for the high level of elderly patients who don't question anything they wouldn't still be running. Ten years of witnessing inefficiency has me now leaving for good. Shame really would otherwise been a good asset to rural life.
Very nice village surgery, friendly receptionist and great Doctors.
Efficient and rule abiding.
