Great service from Nick on my recent visit to store. I needed a new prescription, Nick helped me choose some new frames and very competently did all the measuring and fitting checks. Shame he wasn’t there when I collected my new glasses.
Very pleased with the service from all the staff Credit to Steve Davies, who carried out my thorough sight test whilst patiently explaining to me everything that he was doing.

Disappointed with eye test itself. It seemed rushed and inaccurate. Once I received my glasses I found that they didn't seem that good. However after a couple of weeks when I phoned specsavers, Tiverton, I felt fobbed off. So much so that I really couldn't see the point of contacting them again. I gave two stars not one, as the glasses are not terrible, just not that good. Of course it would have nice to talk to specsavers sensibly about it.

I'm beyond impressed with the SS team at Tiverton. I had problems with my new glasses and the customer service has been fantastic. Optometrist Scott is truly wonderful and has gone above and beyond to ensure my glasses are perfect. Amy has been so lovely and helpful. I cannot recommend this team highly enough - you won't get more thorough and caring service anywhere else. Thank you!
