Absolutely 5* service from Samek furniture. The guys were very helpful when choosing our furniture and went above and beyond to arrange a delivery around our hectic schedule. We got an amazing deal for the wardrobe and beside cabinets and the furniture was excellent quality. I always worry that there will be missing parts with flat pack furniture but a few extra of most of the screws and fittings were included. I have added a picture but it really doesn't do the wardrobe justice- I went to lots of showrooms and this really is the best of any I saw. Thanks guys!
Hi, Very terrible company and worst customer service. I bought a sliding wardrobe from this company. after few started having problems with the wardrobe. I paid £355 for the wardrobe, very poor quality wood and my wardrobe is fallen apart. It’s not solid at all. I have been calling and emailing them but they keep ignoring me . Not even trying to resolve the issues. I need my full refund of the wardrobe as I was a very poor quality wardrobe. Thank you Fatmata You are a fraudster. My wardrobe was built correctly by a professional. It’s not my fault you guys sells very poor standard wardrobe. On your policy it stated that there at least 2 years manufactured guaranteed and why can’t you not resolve this issues. My wardrobe was fallen apart that’s why I had to moved all the shelves out and moved the door for safety reasons. I will take this matter further. So you blocked on google reviews so I can’t respond to replied back. This is why I’m editing on my review to respond to your claim. You never responded to my email to resolve it until when comments on google review. Thank you
*****AVOID AVOID AVOID ****** Would not recommend this company atall, I bought a 3 seater and 2 seater nearly a year ago and both were faulty on arrival, I send photos of this straight away and was told I would get an exchange on a new sofa of someone to come and fix them both. I'm still waiting a year on and had little and now no response from the owner. They have left it that long now all the stitching has come undone and I have hole on my sofas because of this. I'm not happy at all with their customer service as its basically been nothing but false promises from the start. Terrible terrible company who take people's money who are struggling enough already and then do nothing to help rectify the situation.
Bought an egg chair yesterday, absolutely amazing! Made very well, very good value for money, bigger than expected, high quality. I was that impressed that I have just purchased another one today to go with it. Samuel is such a lovely guy and it’s an absolute pleasure doing business with him!
Id been let down by a different supplier for a play house for my sons birthday 2 days before! Luckily i found this amazing playhouse and he agreed to deliver the next morning so it would be here in time for my sons birthday. Thank you so much amazing quality and customer service
Excellent service from Samek furniture, from start to finish. They were very fast to respond to my messages on Facebook regarding the wardrobe that I wanted. We bought the wardrobe on the same day from the warehouse. We were unable to fit this into our car/a minibus, so paid for delivery 2 days later. As promised, we were called the day before with a time slot - between 8-10am. On the morning of the delivery, the driver called us to let us know he was 20 minutes away. Driver was very helpful in helping us to carry the heavy items in, as well as directing us as to which box we should start with. We noticed that we didn’t have the additional rail that we’d paid for, so I called them and they immediately had a resolution and a free gift for the inconvenience. Wardrobe is now fully assembled, very happy with the quality and price! Would definitely use again in the future. Thank you!

Really impressed with high quality customer service, David is really polite gentleman and the driver is a top man! The way they deal with problem missing parts and some cosmetics marks just like a mother care about baby, they really showing that they care about customer satisaction! The sliding door wardrobe is a great quality for price you paying. Really happy ! You won't find many of this kind of businesses in Manchester! Good job guys, wish you all the best!
I am extremely pleased with my white double sliding door mirrored wardrobes. Stunning. Just what I wanted. The service and friendliness from the fitters was so nice. Friendly, polite, and very aware of their work as not to damage anything and this was important to me as I had just had new bedroom carpeting and wood flooring in my hallway. Everything was left as it was when they arrived. Thankyou so much for your excellent service with a smile.
Amazing friendly service from beginning to end. Ordered a large sliding wardrobe from Samek Furniture and the quality is great especially for the price. Also went with their fitting service and the guys were brilliant. Will definitely be recommending Samek Furniture to others.
