I visited here this week with an open mind and gave meditation a go. I have to say I had a positive experience. The teacher was very friendly. It was only a 20 minute session but I was suprised by the effect it had on me and I felt happy and positive for the rest of the day. I would consider returning.

A warm place. I felt home from first moment. Great teachings from a person with excellent communication skills.

Great place to learn how to have a peaceful mind or simply to have a coffee or a tee and have a nice talk. It is entirely run by volunteer and all of them are lovely. We need a place like that in every place in the UK and overseas.

Coming to these classes has changed my life so much for the better. The teachers are wonderful and the classes are so helpful. The people there are so kind and make you feel welcome and at ease. You feel calm just walking through the door. I can't recommend enough to everyone.

Everyone is so welcoming here, I always feel at home as soon as I arrive.  The teacher is very skilful when explaining and guiding the meditations, a perfect way to unwind and calm the mind.  Everybody is welcome.
