A haven of peace, good advice and humour. What more could anyone ask for? I have never once come away from a meditation class with the wonderful Leksang, and not felt calmed & uplifted as well as with marvellous tips for everyday life, and the issues we all face. Sone people assume that these classes may be formal or serious but I can assure you they are warm, friendly and very welcoming. I absolutely love this place
Lovely peaceful meditation centre. Classes include basic meditation skills and Buddhist ideas to help calm mind which are useful. Statues are beautiful. Volunteers are helpful. Cafe area for after class drinks. Nice little shop with nik naks, meditation books, mala beads and cushions.
This is my go to place in Birmingham for peace and tranquility when life gets chaotic! They do great 30min drop in meditation sessions. The teachers are all so interesting, it's modern Buddhism at its best. If you feel like life is getting you down / you need to reset pop in. People from all walks of life go to the classes. I guarantee you'll come out feeling calmer and happier!
Great atmosphere and friendly space. The altar though is not as intimate as expected. The main room has big windows where people see you, that is a bit distracting when meditating. Parking is an issue. So mostly recommended for city center users.

Peaceful, good people but a bit pricy upon the price. But understanding that its run by volunteers..its understandable
Attended the beginners meditation retreat. About 5 hours with breaks. Learnt so much about meditation, myself and inner peace. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be attending some more talks/teachings.
