Perry Common Community Hall has undergone a major refit thanks to funding from Witton Lodge Community Association, Advantage West Midlands and Birmingham City Council. The Community Hall has been transferred to Witton Lodge Community Association as part of a pilot project for Birmingham City Council. The pilot project explored how the Council can transfer ownership of assets to Community Organisations.
A new extension has been built on the side of the Hall which will provide office space for Witton Lodge Community Association, Hot Desk for local businesses, interview room and a meeting room. Plans also include renovating the existing hall and the installation of a modern kitchen and toilets. The Hall, meeting room, interview room and hot desks are available for hire.
