"We are a one of small group of independent Hamburger restaurants. We first opened in Brighton 1971 when we were the only place to get a real hamburger in the south. Today we have 12 sites and still make the best burgers and veggie and chicken meals you can buy. We start cooking only when you give us your order. Nothing is made and kept in a hot box – everything is freshly cooked.
