Update: Beware, they have not got planning permission for their prefabricated homes. Their application has been refused many times including appeal. Cornwall all over again, it’s the residents who suffer because of a greedy money grabbing company!!!! Don’t believe me, contact the planning office yourself. Most of the 5 star reviews are posted by staff and estate agents trying to sell these over priced homes which you are guaranteed to make a massive loss. The sales team are great at promising the world to get your money but once they have, Good luck. If you want to sell the site needs to have first refusal and if you don’t sell it to them depending on your contract you could be paying them 20%. We have received fraudulent bills, had no water for days, yes days a basic human right! You tell the office sorry the reserves are running low, will be get a refund in the bottle water we now need to buy, NO!!!! No pool that the sales team promised was being built 5 years ago, lake is a dumping ground, it’s a building site and the land fees have gone up £1000 in 5 years none residential do your research google the names of the 5 star reviews and stay away. Only positive it’s is a real community feel and the residents are great. They do nothing but take advantage of people even more so if you are vulnerable.
The shop and cafeteria are excellently managed and staff were friendly. I will not be using the bar/restaurant/club house again. We were in the pool room and a rude person told us to keep the dog away from children - he was nowhere near children and being kept on a very short leash. The site itself is in need of good management and better maintenance.
Surrounded by the beautiful Malvern hills, this residential park home is an idyllic place to down-size to. The homes are generously proportioned, very comfortable and fully furnished. All the white goods kitchen appliances are included. Absolutely magnificent and highly recommended.
We visited this site to look at the possibility of buying a park home oh dear what a shame there are rammed in you could almost shake hands with your neighbors parking bays just big enough for a small car wow we certainly will not be buying anything on there
Recently visited site for first time. Staff in the cafe shop very friendly and good choice of food. Social club/bar however requires an upgrade. Very dated and floor seemed very uneven!. Static home shown was ok . A bit old with old style warm air heating. However have seen more modern homes on site and look good. Work carried out on entrance but should look nice when complete... making our mind up to view again.... john/Mary birmingham
This is one of those places where all the staff are tremendous and clearly love the place but it is owed by a company that clearly don’t. It’s a kind of cross between a building site waterworks a caravan graveyard empty/abandoned vans everywhere and caravan site. I’m going to be honest the place looks a mess dusty, dirty, litter, building work and just general untidiness throughout if it’s clean and tidy you want forget it. On the plus side the staff who ran the clubhouse and facilities were excellent who clearly worked so hard to maintain the place but you felt as if it might be a long time until this place is restored to resemble something like an acceptable site.
I have friends who live here amazing views really nice park safe for the children to walk around.
Beautiful area being destroyed by a money grabbing company. How can they be allowed to destroy so many mature English deciduous trees. Now I hear they are going to pull down part of the castle? Planners you should be ashamed. I would rent a plot here been to look befor and after covid. No way
