This is the worst place I've ever been! When I walked in I thought I had walked into somewhere undergoing a renovation. The place was filthy and a complete mess. Customer service is non existent. Kids running about everywhere. Didn't get offered a drink or something to read. Couldn't see a colour chart of the colour my hair would be. Got told my hair is really thin and I should be lucky I have any hair at all! Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Was £30 though so that explains a lot! One star is one star too many, this place should just close down I will never go back
