Very good, made to feel very welcome and I was pleased with my haircut and blow dry.

The staff are nice and friendly, but the level of professionalism of hair styling and cutting is appauling. I went there for a cut and blow dry on Saturday and was probably the most unprofessional and amateur I have ever experienced. My hair stylist was checking her phone for Facebook text messages whilst cutting my hair. It ended up that she cut one side significantly shorter than the other, which is definitely not what I asked for. When I communicated that I was not happy about it, the only solution she suggested, was to cut the other side to match, which is even shorter than I asked initially. 
Stay away from this Salon if you are looking for a professional cut. The stylist was so unprofessional that she asked the trainee to take my money, knowing that I was very unsatified with her ability.
