The Morpeth team did an outstanding job in handling the sale of our home. Supportive, knowledgable, and helpful through what was an extended sale process due to buyer issues and market conditions, I always felt they had our back. Certainly far more professional than the other big-name agents I worked with in parallel. Huge thanks for the patience and tolerance with my daily phone calls and emails in the final days before exchange!
We just bought our house from RMS. The service from the beginning until the end was excellent - Alexandra was amazing in guiding us through the process and updating us along the way. Buying a house was a stressful process and many questions were popping up so having easy access to Alexandra and Anne made a huge difference - they were always there to answer questions and offer support. We are really pleased with the service received and really liked the move in hamper and card we received from them - nice touch! :
I went into branch after a bad break up, Ann and her colleague made me feel really comfortable very quickly. Ann never pushed me for a sale and has constantly been supportive of all my decisions and constantly answered all my questions with no issues. Ann has talked me through everything and is always really cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend!
Very pleased with the service we received from the Morpeth branch of Rook Matthew Sayers. We had a buyer for our property in a matter of days. They kept us up to date with the progression of the sale. Staff friendly and professional at all times.
Excellent friendly staff at this branch - recently bought a house through them after losing out on 3 other houses, so was feeling a bit deflated but the staff revived our confidence and kept us updated throughout the purchase and were extremely friendly each time I went into their offices being my fussy self. Would we use again? Yes definitely!

Great team to work with on the sale of my Dad’s home. Friendly but professional and gave regular updates. They also liaised with solicitors to ensure all was on track. I cannot fault any part of the process from valuation to completion.
Really enjoyed working with the lovely staff at the Morpeth office and there was good communications and organised processes providing a prompt and professional service. We were particularly impressed that when there were a few changes in staff all at the same time this didn’t affect the level of service provided. We would definitely use them again
