I fancied a decent shave and had been recommended to use Star Barbers. I arrived in the shop, only one customer and two barbers were there, and asked for a shave. So, had the shave, during the process the colleague of the guy shaving me asked if he should do the towels, and was told “not to bother”. So already you feel hard done by, then you are asked to part with £15 when online it says “ Traditional Turkish barbers. Price List: Shave & Hot Towel £13. As the saying goes you never get a second chance to make a first impression, and I won’t be going again!!Service:&nbsp;Hot towel shave

I travel a 100 miles each month to use this barbers as they are second to non and there customer service is exceptional.Services:&nbsp;Head shave

Good haircut and shave. But like all barbers the staff vary in quality. Made to wait mid haircut for the Barber to wander off on his phone chatting for 5 minutes. Other barbers seem a lot more professional.
