Amazing experience at Saks West Bridgford. All the girls were very welcoming, and the salon had a lovely atmosphere, also very clean. 
The girls really knew there stuff & made me feel extra special! I definitely will be returning to both hair and beauty as I walked out feeling a million dollars, I was very well looked after!

Very welcoming salon from reception, to waiting area every member of staff that walked by greeted me, felt very comfortable. Had a great relaxing massage, 
The staff really knew their treatments and products that were being used. 

Will definitely be going back for more treatments, already booked in for 4 weeks time for a massage

Unprofessional on all levels- I got a text to say my afternoon appointment had been cancelled an hour before it was due. I had my birthday the day after, and a evening wedding reception to attend. I had also organised childcare for my baby to cover my time. The lady on the phone didn't make any attempts to fit me in that day or the day after. My time is valuable and they treated me like a worthless customer. Never would recommend or go back.

Always get my hair cut there, staff are the best ! There massages are second to none.
