For the price I expected it to be a little special, like not having half my make up washed off along with the shampoo. Absolutely no niceties, no consultation to speak of, no offer of advice on cut, length or style, no conversation, no offer of a drink, in fact the three staff in the salon appeared to be in a bad mood, judging by the silence between them and the only client in there! A cold and clinical salon with totally impersonal service and to cap it all, after asking for a 'long' bob the stylist promptly cut at least 5 inches off my hair and left it just below my ears!!! NOT A LONG BOB! COMPLETELY OVERRATED at £45 for a cut and finish!!!
