Cancellation Policy

We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your treatment.
Should the therapist arrive and you cancel at the time of your appointment without prior notification, unfortunately the full cost of the treatment will incur.

We will aim to send you a reminder about your treatment approximately 2 days before.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by cash. We accept card payments through PayLeven but will be charged £1.00 for each transaction.

Deposits

Please note that certain treatments such as pamper parties may require a deposit to be placed upon booking. The deposit will then be deducted from the final payment.
Cancellation of treatments where a deposit has been paid should be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a full refund is given. Unfortunately less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
