I realised that I'd left my medication at home and after calling my GP in Nottingham realised that it could be quite complicated and stressful to get some more.......it wasn't.nI spoke with Maureen at St Margaret's who took all the correct details and said she'd get a GP to call me. I had a call within 30 minutes from Dr Helen Ranfield who was compassionate and extremely understanding. She left me a prescription to collect from reception. Maureen had the script ready as I walked through the door. She is a true gem! I cannot tell you how easy the process was from start to finish and initially I did panic that I'd be without my meds for longer than necessary. Absolutely outstanding NHS service!

We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful health centre. The phone is always answered promptly and professionally and the triage system works very well eg if you need to speak to a doctor urgently. I had a recent accident and major surgery. The aftercare experience at St Margaret’s has been world class- across doctors , nurses and the whole team. Thank you.

Can't praise the practice highly enough. Every request dealt with promptly, without any difficulties.  Very fortunate to have the Doctors and staff at St. MARGARETS
