I went into this store yesterday, one of the staff member, was so helpful, I asked this lovely lady if they sells ant spary and powder. She took me to the right aisble and find the spary for me.
Had a full trolley, was sent to self check out as cashier had to go on the floor. When leaving cashier was standing and chatting away for about 10-15min. Disappointed in service. Staff not there to do they jobs. Also no Internet connection to use the app
Horrid so called music . Hard to think with such a noise . Manager unable to turn off and it is run centrally . No assistance at checkout. If continues will try to find quieter supermarket.
Hardly any fruit and veg on the shelves, fresh meat aisle half empty!! This shop is getting worse by the day
Availability, prices, parking all good. However there are not enough staff to clear problems on the self service checkouts alcohol, scanning, medications etc at saturday lunchtime. Hence a long queue. Avoid this time.
Always tidy and service is quick. Some great bargains if you have a Nectar Card.
Situated in a convenient location and has pretty much everything you need from a local supermarket.
Have started going to Tesco Elmers end as they have a better fruits and veg selection. This store is going downhill.
Lack of internet in the store doesn’t allow to use smart app to save some money and get a good deals, won’t be coming at this store as there are better options
Terrible parking and they didn't have some products. I'll not be using this store again.
