Giving it a 3* only because often I come round early mornings to get my petrol and they're not always open on time, today I came round Sunday says opens 7:30 I got there for 7:35 as on way to work and the shutters was still down,
Not pay at pump, but queues are generally light. Petrol prices are much better than the BP a couple of minutes down the road. Free Air & Water too!
Very rude assistant. looks like they hate the job , customers asking questions they don’t answer politely . I personally don’t like to be treated that way . Customers fill tank 5 minutes they leave . Review is for two female who works on the till
Consistently more expensive than competitors, negating points earned via nectar. Never any tissues or gloves. Ancient pumps without any pay at pump facilities. Air machine broken 50% of the time. Why bother when competitors are so close.
Fine to top up, appreciate extra long lines.nStaff attitudes appalling. Went in today around 1:30. Two young ladies looking very bored. No smiles or polite hellos. Didn't ask if I had a nectar card or say to put card in, very rude and not interested. Slapped card back onto counter rather then into out stretched hand. Having dealt with customers myself everything I am very dissapointed. They definitely need more instructing on how to deal with people.
