We just picked up my brothers orange Mustang and the service was fantastic. Beth was extremely helpful and understanding as my brother is very particular with how he looks after his cars. The process of getting the car was very quick and with the help of James it made the experience really easy. They answered all our questions and always seemed happy to do so. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car in the future.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob from Evans Halshaw for a recent used car purchase. Service was excellent. Nothing was too difficult and negotiations were fair and reasonable. I can highly recommend this dealership for any motoring needs. You also get to pat the dealership cat which for me, was a bonus. Jacob even picked me up from Bedford station after arriving from London.
This has to be the first thing-to-do after I collected a lovely SUV from here. A great gentleman, **David, made our day here; helping us from ground zero to having our car safely home. He even sacrificed his own lunch, helped us solving our own issues in hours, and well-prepared the vehicle well in advance. What a gem on the crown. They should be the best Ford staffs I ever met. Keep good job ! They are so remarkable and should be highly recommended.
The service was very quick and easy. I appreciate Jacob taking the time to walk me through all the finance options and helping me pick the one that suited me. The car was delivered to my home address less than 2 days later. I would highly recommend these guys.
Excellent customer service from James R. at Evans Halshaw Bedford. Friendly, genuine & clearly very capable, providing a first rate buying experience. An asset to the Team. Contacted EH about buying a car I’d seen online and discussed a few items about the vehicle. I paid a small refundable deposit & the car was ‘reserved’ on Autotrader & EH websites in 5 minutes - agreed to meet two days later to view. After a 3.5 hour drive, a friendly James allowed me time to sit down, provide a much needed cup of coffee & left me alone for 10 minutes - no hard sale, no rush & no fuss. Just what I needed. Documents I requested ie service report & mot test results, we’re at hand & after viewing the car, completed the purchase electronically, on my phone, all documentation, the full payment - slick, simple & efficient. Within 10 minutes, a delivery had been agreed at a time to suit me & at a reasonable cost. Extremely happy with my experience and would 100% recommend EV Bedford and look forward to use them again next year - hopefully a new car! Thanks again James R.
James I believe his name was, was brilliant. answered all our questions and an amazing experience buying my car. Also had a lovely cat called DC who was with us when we was buying our car which was so lovely that they look after him, amazing services and very polite.
It has been some years since we bought a car and the process of choosing and purchasing one is now a lot more complicated. That said, our experience at Evans Halshaw in Bedford was excellent. The staff and cat were all friendly and welcoming, but Jacob especially went out of his way to make the experience as pleasant and effortless as possible. He smoothed the process during my visit, answering questions and presenting options with unfailing good humour. Later Jacob responded promptly to messages and emails while I dealt with the obstacles created by banks and bureaucrats. He even went the extra mile when a suitable delivery firm wasn't available. All in all we are very happy to recommend Jacob and his colleagues.
Walked into Ford Bedford after a certain car. Greeted by Jacob who was super nice and professional, helped us through the process and had good advice. Helped car get insured and taxed and sent me on my way very happy!
Recently bought a used Peugeot 2008 from Evans Halshaw Ford used car section at Bedford. Excellent service from initial contact right through to driving away with the car we purchased.
