Called in today at 5.15 pm.27 cars on the forecourt of approaching and waiting .5 pumps with no unleaded only one serving at that time.To be fair the girl did come back and go on the till.I asked why no unleaded at various pumps and was there an issue.with deliveries? No said the girl there were no problems .Then looking at my face she said that she had only just come in and did not know anything .Moral of the story ? Sainsburys have reduced the management to nothing .The automatic reply system should have kicked in or been checked by the petrol manager. Result? hardly any stocks, staff that know nothing and frustrated customers ....never mind Mr Sainsbury, you obviously know the price of everything and the value of nothing ..When you join with Asda are you then promising to cut service by 10% or do you mean prices? The jury is firmly out !!

Not sure why Sainsburys charge so much more for petrol in Frome than they do in Taunton and Bridgwater. They charge similar prices for groceries. Any good reasons for this?

Conveniently placed. Can be busy at times with ques backing onto the road. Shop has all the essential including coffee and pasties.
