Dear store manager,nBetween 8:35 to 9:10 am today I had to visit your store twice to collect my order from tu clothing. It was ignorance and v poor and rude customer service I would like your attention to.nIn my 1st visit the gentleman don’t want to name him at the counter couldn’t find my order despite showing him texts from Tu that it was still at store. He kept insisting it was sent back after checking few times that clearly contradicted communications from Tu.nOn contacting Tu customer service I was asked to go back and collect as it was found.nIt’s either poor system tracking or your staff ignorance, he was clearly busy on his WhatsApp before serving the customer in my 1st visit.
The staff in flackwell heath store are amazing, very helpful, considerate and so friendly. From the managers to the cleaners they are all amazing. I highly recommend people to visit and shop in store. Thanks to all the Sainsbury's staff for the great experience I get when I go in store.
While the store is great and offers a wide variety of products, very poor customer care occurs on too many occasions. Rude and obnoxious treatment of regular customers does not reflect well on the Sainsbury’s brand.
I have just completed a course with Moorgate training. The course was very informative and interesting. Craig was a great trainer and we had a lovely group of people to participate with. I would highly recommend Moorgate training to anyone.
Very convenient. Helpful staff, particularly one called Claire, who always seems very happy and cheerful and willing to help. Definitely service with a smile.
