Not great...all your outdoor plants are dead or dying for lack of someone watering them.  And this store is one of the untidiest I've ever seen.  Someone needs to make sure the shelves are neat and presentable, not looking like a bomb has hit them.  Poor product range too, considering its size. Staff are pleasant though.

What is going on at this store? I've shopped here for years and never seen the shelves so empty. The weekend staff seem very unhappy to be there. Although the lovely ladies on the tills who have been there for a long time are still most helpful and friendly. Thank goodness!! I'm seriously thinking of shopping elsewhere now.

Loudwater store is really going down hill.
Shelfs are getting emptier each time  I go there.
Starting to look like a supermarket in Venezuela.
Staff are nice and helpful though.
Probably will  have to start shopping in  Sainsburys, Beaconsfield.

They want you to shop there so they can take your money but they don't want to serve you in a timely manner and keep you waiting in long queues at the checkout.  Not good enough.
