This store is pretty well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful for the most part.  While most of the Bankfields population is nice and decent, there is a small segment of feral youths and ignorant "adults" that often give the staff a hard time on a few occasions that I have witnessed.  If people want better service from the staff, a few lessons in common courtesy would go a long way for the customers, who are ill mannered and have a sense of entitlement.  Remember that the staff are only paid a paltry salary and are not paid to be the servants for the customers and should be treated properly as customers demand to be treated.  Lastly, if the service is lousy because you treat the staff as if they are beneith you, then expect to be barred from the establishment, and if you don't agree with their right to refuse service, go elsewhere and shop.  It really is that simple.

This shop is a nite mare the staff are incompetent and realy cheeky, i got bard out of the shop for defending myself after i was attaked by someone in the shop. The store owner needs to look at there staff and fire them all. Nearly the whole of bankfields are bard and loosing custom.
