Just been to get my daughters cardigans which as always are great quality. They were very busy but they found the cardigans quickly,showed me them,checked the sizes and asked if everything was ok. Brilliant shop and staff,wouldnt go anywhere else

So far every time I’ve been in this shop the staff have been awful, todays experience just tipped me over the edge. Staff looked at me like I was something they’d wiped off the bottom of their shoe. Regardless of several other bad experiences I’ve had with this place I still went in with a decent attitude, but yet again I’ve walked out livid. Whatever time of the year I choose to get uniform is absolutely nothing to do with them. On another occasion they’ve made comments that is none of their business. I’m a happy friendly person, my attitude will always depend on your behaviour. I’ve had to walk away without the items I needed.
Some of The staff do have some attitude problems and some of the staff are ok i have been going to this shop for a few years now and in the past have been really nice but the other day was different i dont know what was going on but it was 1.30 in the afternoon and i spoke to the women with brown hair only asked for abit of help for the sizes i needed the way she spoke to me could of been better. Just seems to be coming across alot of tension over uniforms all because they are falling behind with the stock not customers fault at the end of the day. Can do with some points like possitve attitude and smile.
Best quality school uniform, they are always so helpful, calm and caring even though they are snowed under with orders at this time of year! Can’t thank them enough!!
