Use these lovely people all the time with deliveroo, however ,I called 27 times today wanting to log a concern regarding a delivery guy, and never once got an answer.nAs this may of been a safety concern, very disappointing.
Went in last night to get a few things around 7pm and I didn't get a hello or anything just some lad talking through his headset to someone else then laughing. Walked off before I even started collecting my stuff to then carry on talking through his headset. It was weird and unprofessional.
staff member encountered today very much unhelpful she trying to purchase scratchcards was told could only give me one as he didn't have a key to get into them and instead of calling a manager as said he needed just stood there, then said will I call someone!!!!!!!! told him dont bother as should of really been told sorry I haven't a key can you just wait a minute till I get someone with access!!!! I work in customer service this was appalling
Loved the happy attitudes of the staff this morning. Great to have some laughs and banter.
Very clean and tidy store. Staff always very helpful and well presented. Thanks to lizzie who always makes me laugh. Keep up the good work
