The filthiest supermarket I’ve ever stepped into. The floors were dirty and mess everywhere, shelves also half empty and milk bottles were also dirty. Felt like if I touched anything I would get Covid or worse! The store was also freezing and my teen asked if we could just leave and go to Aldi instead! I said yes and we walked out empty handed.

Just been into Sainsbury's Local Mapperley which has a good selection of products for a small store and as usual queued up at the kiosk which as a customer is my choice only to be told of all the benefits of using the self service for the third time by one of your employees called Sue in a quite condescending and patronising manner. Will not be using this store again. It may well be in her job description to do that but not in the manner she does.
This place is great, highly convenient. I do like that despite being such a small store, baked goods are still readily available. There's a decent selection of products veg, meat and drinks, and the pricing isn't too bad for the quality. My only minor issue is that the store is quite cramped, especially if you have a pushchair, not made easier if staff are required to bring cages out onto the shop floor to restock. I understand the necessity of the process, but it doesn't make it any easier, unfortunately. Still, great staff, always helpful and kind.
No vegan meal deals again? What’s happened to la vie and yo sushi? Lots of fridges lined with other rubbish with no thought of options walked out with nothing???
