Had one of the best all butter steak pies I have ever tasted. It was a treat so unfortunately can't do often, although I will try the chicken and leak as soon as I can afford it. Do m&s do any offers?
The last time I was in a Marks and Spencer was in Hong Kong over ten years ago. Previously, when they were in Toronto before they left the Canadian market. I wasn't sure what to expect when I entered the store. My 5 year old daughter immediately started looking through the kids clothes but didn't find anything that caught her eye. I browsed the menswear section on the upper most level. This store has 4 levels in total so it is very large.
I came to this store today to return an item and to handle a difficult order.nI would like to compliment the staff on their customer centric approach and professionalism. They did a great job helping me: they were patient, they listened to me and they went above and beyond to resolve a challenging situation while demonstrating great team work as well.nnWell done, keep up the good work!
Visited the Nottingham store on Saturday 6th. I would like to complement a young lady called Lauren. She was a delight. Nothing was too much trouble. She found items we wanted on her hand held machine and prominently went off to find them for us with a smile! I understand she's training to be a manager. She will be a credit in whatever position she achieves for Marks and Spencer.
Visit the men's floor weekly looking at their great range of high quality clothing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. no glum faces at checkout either, just smiles and warm welcomes, they are all a credit to the company.nnThe one and only time I've had an issue with an item, there was no fuss, no quibble, just a cash refund and great customer service.nnI highly recommend this store for it's friendly and welcoming atmosphere, great customer service and the staff's sadly rare nowadays knack of making you feel like you matter to them.nnThanks Nottingham M and S staff, from a very satisfied customer
