Wow what a shame really! This so called manager named Natalie…… she believes she is “IT” and wow oh wow not only a very rude lazy woman who is always chit chatting on the stupid headphones but also she is a very racist person too, the way she treats non white people is an absolute disgrace and NOT ACCEPTABLE at all, she shouldn’t be a toilet cleaner let alone managing a store! What a bad image for Sainsbury's as this is just a very negative reflection on them, my family and I spent £1000s in Sainsbury's and maybe it’s time to go elsewhere where staff treat you with respect and not racism. Laura Wiggins you have some amazing staff such as Sam, Becky and Kim so try to choose your staff carefully as this is just reflecting on your branch as a whole.

Only shop I’ve ever known to raise prices of drinks by 15p in 3days. Also prices are higher than any other Sainsbury’s store and online. Parking is awful as customers can’t park or block the road as it’s convenient for them.

I use this store quite regularly, it has plenty of choice and some bargains. It is not overpriced for a small supermarket and has parking around the back. It's also the only store in Benfleet that sells Iams cat biscuits which is a must on my shopping list.

Really helpful staff every time! Good range of products but regularly run low on fresh stock
