Came here to post a parcel through UPS and the person behind the till was extremely rude and unhelpful. They tried refusing my parcel because it was too long and if it was in the shop it may harm a customer however i tried telling them that I had already paid and been told by UPS that I could drop it off here. They continued to argue that it was too long to be in the shop until they said yes and even then they were rude about it. I will not be returning!!

Used this shop this morning and the assistant never spoke a word to me. She held up her hand for the money, which I gave her, and never even said thank you. I told her that a thank you wouldn’t go amiss and that I wouldn’t be using the shop again. I’ve never been treated so rudely in a shop.
