Sainsbury's

No staff on tills. The self service checkouts constantly require the 1 girl who was responsible for all the self service tills to come and enter her pin. Result customers left standing around. Will be boycotting until they start treating customers and staff with the respect they deserve.

I particularly like the home and clothes range here. Always a good selection. Just recently though there have been no smaller trollies available, which is a bit inconvenient. They have replaced a lot of the checkouts with the self service type too which isn't very good if you have a trolley full of shopping. Not always a very personal service

Very good variety available here. I love the Asian and African aisle especially the Caribbean patties. Staff here are helpful and enjoy what they do.

This place is always clean and tidy. Has a good range of household goods, clothes for adults and children and all food as you would expect from a supermarket. Parking is also free here. Staff all seem to be knowledgeable and friendly/helpful.

Completely normal large supermarket. They sell all the everyday food and drink with plenty of choice on quality, price, health, etc. This particular supermarket can get very busy and doesn't have a very large car park. The car access road is good at quiet times but can often be very busy. Over the last few years, there has been a significant decline in the quality of their packaged chicken breasts and the white onions. We now have to "over-buy" on both of these products expecting that around 30-40% will just go straight in the bin at the prep stage. Even 2 years on, this decline in chicken and onions has continued. Very disappointing. I've had to take a star away for this ongoing issue.

Really disappointed with Sainsbury's today, no eggs, tomatoes, salad looked well beyond its best. Scan and go had a security check fair enough it happens but having to wait 10 minutes for someone to come do it, is not acceptable, nor is the fact she did not authorise the wine and I had to wait another 5 minutes. Pot holes in the car park make it look like a war zone. This is not a staffing issue it was busy but there were plenty of staff, most just ignoring customers this is a leadership issue, or lack of. Will be sometime before I give this store another chance.

My favourite place to go shopping! extremely friendly staff, clean toilets and easy access. The shop is well lit, lots of space in between isles and the best isle is the international food isle! Shopping is always a breeze at Sainsburys

If you went back in time 20 years Sainsbury's looks the same as it does today, it could do with a makeover BUT the food what you are going in for!, is amazing, nobody does fresh cakes like Sainsbury's... the problem is that there doesn't seem to be an in-store bakery, I haven't been for a good 3 years so it looks like it has gone. Such a shame.

I went in store today to get a new coat. I was very pleased with the first one I tried on. It was a beautiful teal long duet coat. Fits great even with a jumper under. X

Good priced, shoppers exceptionally rude and miserable. Large car park. Lady on till, bubbly and friendly
