Never had a bad experience in this store and I’ve been using it for nearly 10 years. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help especially their older and disabled customers. I often see a Sainsburys staff member walking a little old lady up to the near by bus station or helping a partially sighted man around the store. Defo recommend this store!
