Nice and always clean. Wide aisles. Staff lives local so they are sizer nice. Ample car park too. Super convenient.

It's a store where are normally doing all my weekly shoppings. Just wanted to say that they must be proud to have employee like a man who had his shift in a morning today. Shame don't know his name, but it's not the first time he is so super helpful, always with a smile and very positive attitude. If it helps heard he just back from his holiday.
Bought some handheld tools, way cheaper than B&Q. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Love their bakery section and dry fruits. I always take a few minutes to go through their special offer products, you will be surprised to see some of their products.
Went in tonight with my 4 year old son at Aldi Towcester Road, Northampton. Whilst shopping, he managed to find an empty box. He was being a child, curious, standing on it and not doing anything else when a staff across named KYLE started shouting at him, wagging his fingers telling him to get off. My son was so upset saying this man was so angry at him. So I came closer to tell this staff that he shouldn't be talking to my child like that. Kyle started shouting at me too, saying it is a shop not a playground, when my child was not even running around. He is so arrogant saying that he is the manager. So put my hand up at him as he wouldn't stop. He grabbed my trolley and said that I will not be served. People are looking at us like we are criminals. It is so embarrassing. I left shaking. The customer service is non existent! I felt bullied and traumatised, so is my child who was crying all the way home saying that a man was so angry at him. Kyle never apologised nor tried to deescalate the situation. How can people like that become a manager???!!!! He puts the company's name to shame!!!! I will never go back nor recommend people to go there as this how you will get treated!!!!
