Had a warm meal at Trebah Gardens today, so we bought some sandwiches here. Could do a cash withdrawal and stamps. Very friendly staff. Good parking available.
Sadly I have removed my 5 star rating, this store really has gone downhill in my opinion. This used to be my favourite store as the staff were always amazing, now though not so much…. Went in to pick up a few things last week and was treated appallingly!nnI wheeled in my bike as I always have, leaving it by the entrance and used the app to scan everything, so it should have just been a case of scanning the final barcode and just tapping my CC. But I was told rather abruptly by the young lady at the cigarette counter “to use the tills not the cigarette counter” even though she only had one customer that had already paid and the fact it’s NEVER been an issue paying there in the past, as I have done it this way for a long time! It literally takes seconds to check out, she had no scanning or ANYTHING that would have taken any time, just a tap of my credit card.nnBut I did as she said…. Then I realised after that I had put my phone down by her till and couldn’t find it. I asked if it was there to be told NO, without her even looking, and then when I caught her and her male friend having good a LAUGH at the fact I was rushing around trying to find it, and they both realised I had heard them, then it was “can I help you find it “.nnI won’t EVER be shopping here again!! I will use Tesco’s from now on, at least their staff don’t laugh at their customers!
Okay, it's a supermarket.nFrom the outside, looks dire & dreadful, almost derelict; inside, far better.nAll the usual and familiar aisles and products.nThere's a bakery but butcher, deli, cheese counters - all gone - disappointing.nEspecially the cheese, which maybe hasn't made its way into this end of Cornwall?nJust one chiller cabinet with about one type of anything, a shame.nUpper car park family or disabled use only directly facing; a lower one down below for the rest.
Like most Sainsbury's stores a good range of products but I really find the carpark a nightmare. Can't do much about it but just take care.
A lovely , well stocked store good produce, and the lady who assisted me with the self service tills was simply amazing a lovely lady very welcoming and so polite
