A bit useless really - very little stock. I'm pretty sure I have more items in my garage than this porter cabin sized Argos. Everything is available either next day or in a few days time. It's great if you want to quickly pickup rechargeable batteries or something else - as long as its very little. Anything bigger than a shoe box - forget it! Go to Amazon and have it delivered to you next day!
Argos: Terrible customer service. Took a faulty electrical tool back as was unsafe and damaged my hand within a second of switching it on. Women behind the counter were dismissive and refused to acknowledge that it was an unsafe and immediately plugged it in,she jumped out of her skin and quickly switched it off while the other woman said "it's meant to be like that" perhaps it seemed to work properly at the moment as likely and intermittent fault, obviously beyond their comprhension then emptied the box contents desperate to find something missing so that they could refuse to a refund. I repeated that it was unsafe and needs sending back to the manufacturer/ not to be sold again, ignored me, no apology. Will certainly not be using Argos Falmouth again
I have been shopping at Sainsburys for many years and the customer service has always been good however last Tuesday i was doing my usual shopping and I was in desperate need of the toilet roll - it wasn't until i met a staff member called Eleanor who told me exactly where they were. Really helpful and good at putting reduced stickers on items. 10/10 service - would recommend
