Great produce and clean store. The prices are increasing rapidly. Every time we visit the store the prices have gone up. Helpful staff.
During my visit today I was astounded by how busy it was and the shelves were being emptied as quickly as they were filled. I was particularly pleased with the service I received from a chap called Harvey who went above and beyond to help me out and get the items I required.
The best sushi you can get in Derby is here. No joke. It’s a huge store well stocked. I just don’t understand why they are adamant about keeping mainly these huge trolleys when it’s very obvious everyone wants the smaller ones.
Be aware if you buy something in the 25% off offer and the next day you take it back because you couldn't try it on in the shop for small size and the offer has finished then you have to pay the full price, even if it's the same style but 1 size down
I bought a Halfords gift card for £75 but unfortunately the gift card was empty. When I contacted Sainsbury's I was told that they were not responsible and I should contact Halfords. I contacted Halfords twice but they told me that Sainsbury's sold me an empty card and provided proof that there was no money on the gift card. I contacted Sainsbury's again where they gave me a number to call. The number is paid, I listened to music for 20 minutes and in the end it turned out that Sainsbury's gave me the wrong number. When I contacted Sainsbury's again they again told me that they were not responsible and I should contact Halfords. It turns out that I lost my money. Be careful.
