Horrendously slow service. I understand the need to give a customer time, but this store really does take it to the extreme. If you're on a lunch hour and tight for time, I'd head to Sainsbury's.

I am giving this store a 5 star review because of your exceptional staff member Brian, he is a credit to M&S and has left a feeling of complete satisfaction due to his polite manner and sunny disposition. I mentioned how nice Brian was when i got home and my husband said 'I know exactly who your talking about' that says a lot. Brian for staff member of the month.
