Beautiful big cushy chairs, fixtures and finishes earn it 1 star. We were two of the four patrons in the place and the bartender had little to do but offered nothing exceptional in the way of service. The establishment offers no food, not even snack foods. While we were there (17:15-1745) we were subjected to construction noise (a chop saw and various hammering), too loud house music, and harsh lighting. The concept is good, but lacks development. I can't recommend though, based on atmosphere and ambiance. Construction noise after work is the very *last* thing I want to hear at the end of my day. It appears they need to finish the build out or do their construction outside of business hours. Basic food options are an excellent idea as well.
