Today we had a conversation about changing card on the online delivery and the operator said we can only accept one card and when questioned she rudely put the phone down. A customer for many years but no More, you don't deserve the business, ofcourse in the scheme of things it doesn't matter to you.nBut you might want to put some of the money for advertising with Stephen Fry towards educating your call center staff on Manners.nGood food but NOT necessary Good people!
Stopped enroute for a few supplies. Driving in feels like your going into the back, deliveries, entrance of the shop. Standard layout inside with all the usual fare. Produce is always good in Sainsbury's when I do visit.
Great place to shop. Had all I needed. Plenty of car spaces. Good all round service. The only thing I found was they have done away with the coffee machine. I always got a coffee after my shopping.
Nice supermarket in the heart of Newbury however in competition with other supermarkets in the town
