I've given 3 stars for the variety of food and helpful shop floor assistants and cleanliness of the store. I've taken 2 stars off for how the team leaders are with the assistants  and another star off for lack of communication between team leaders and management. Nice Clean supermarket shelves always full. Shop floor staff are very helpful. The cleaner does an excellent job. Unfortunately the teams leaders and managers have no communication skills they contradict what each other have to say.  They don't listen to their customers assistants staff on the shop floor. Without them the shop floor would not be kept clean and shelves well stocked.  Most of the staff who have medical issues are treated well but there are a few who are not and ignored. HR are good as far as listening to complaints but nothing happens or gets resolved. To shop there is good but to work there you need to ask shop floor staff or just look at their faces it says it all.

Night mare to get in the car park if it's busy.  They aren't doing anything to reduce packaging.  Bananas today are all lime green.  Bloke behind customer services loves the sound of his own voice and can be very unhelpful if you have queries to do with offers or nectar points

I like Sainsbury and shop regularly.  I collect nectar points with my purchases. A good mix of food, home, pharmacy and pet products plus flowers and books cards etc The petrol pricing is always competitive too.

Nice big store with friendly staff & a massive selection, has pharmacy till 9pm & a whole upstairs devoted to clothing, which is handy... even if nothing will fit someone like me at 6ft9 xP

Good store eith plenty of choices. Slwsys find everything I might want st reasonable prices. Has home and clothes departments too.
